Arrival in Hanoi – Overnight Train to Sapa
Day 2: Sapa (B)
Arrive early at Lao Cai station, and transfer to your hotel in Sapa. After breakfast, take the Fansipan Cable Car to explore the peak,
temples, and admire the stunning views of the Hoang Lien Son range and Muong Hoa Valley.
Day 3: Sapa – Villages Exploration (B/L)
Travel to Ban Khoang village, home to the Red Zao people, known for their terraced rice fields and cardamom farms. Continue to Ta Giang Phinh valley, inhabited by Black Hmong. Enjoy lunch by a stream and explore village life, then return to Sapa for an overnight stay
Day 4: Sapa To Hanoi (B)
After breakfast, enjoy a leisurely morning in Sapa before driving back to Hanoi. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and enjoy free time
Day 5: Hanoi City Tour (B/L)
Begin with a city orientation, passing sites such as Long Bien Bridge and the Opera House. Explore the Old Quarter, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Presidential Palace, and Temple of Literature. Visit Tran Quoc and Ngoc Son Temples, and the infamous „Hanoi Hilton“ pri- son museum. (Note: Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and Museum may be closed on specific days.) Return to your hotel for the night.
Day 6: Hanoi To Ninh Binh (B)
Drive to Hoa Lu, Vietnam’s ancient capital, and visit the Dinh and Le temples. After lunch (on your own), explore the Trang An Landscape Complex, a stunning UNESCO World Heritage site featuring limestone karsts and valleys. En- joy a boat ride through this scenic area before transferring to your hotel in Ninh Binh. Stay at
Day 7: Ninh Binh To Halong Bay (B/L/D)
Journey to Halong City and board a traditional junk boat to explore Halong Bay’s limestone islands. After lunch, visit secluded areas of the bay before enjoying the evening onboard.
Day 8: Halong Bay To Hue (B)
Start your day with a Tai Chi session on the sundeck before brunch. Disembark and drive back to Hanoi for a flight to Hue, Vietnam‘s former imperial capital.
Day 9: Hue City Tour – Drive To Hoi An (B)
Visit the Tomb of Tu Duc and enjoy views from Bunker Hill before exploring the Imperial Citadel. After lunch (on your own), head to Hoi An via the scenic Hai Van Pass. Check-in and explore Hoi An at your leisure.
Day 10: Hoi An (B)
Today you explore Hoi An’s Old Town on a wal- king tour, visiting its ancient house, the Hoi An Museum, and the Japanese Covered Bridge. Enjoy free time to explore the town‘s lantern-lit streets in the evening.
Day 11: Hoi An To Saigon (B)
Fly to Saigon and visit the Cu Chi Tunnels, a crucial part of the Viet Cong’s strategy during the Vietnam War. Return to Saigon and check into your hotel for an evening of leisure.
Day 12: Saigon To Mekong Delta (B/L)
Travel to Cai Be in the Mekong Delta and embark on a boat tour to explore the floating market and local craft villages. Enjoy a home- hosted lunch and cruise along the Mekong River before transferring to Can Tho.
Day 13: Can Tho Floating Markets – Return To Saigon (B/D)
Start early to visit the bustling Cai Rang floating market, a vibrant scene of local trade. After exploring the waterways, return to Saigon. In the evening, enjoy a farewell dinner with your group at an authentic Vietnamese restaurant. Overnight in Saigon.
Day 14: Saigon Departure (B)
Take a morning walking tour of Saigon’s his- toric landmarks, including Dong Khoi Street, the Rex Hotel, and Notre Dame Cathedral. Visit the War Remnants Museum and Reunification Palace before transferring to the airport for your departure.
